Sparkling Wine

Goodwyn Brut, South Eastern Australia Pale gold in colour with a delightful bouquet of green apples. On the palate, fresh fruit and yeast characters are complemented by crisp acidity on a raft of bubbles.

Vines BRUT, South East Australia Light and fresh, this wine finishes with a slight hint of yeasty flavour. An ideal cuvee as an aperitif or with a range of foods, including seafood, white meats and salads.

White Wines

The Vines Chardonnay Semillon, South East Australia Chardonnay and Semillon are blended to produce an inviting, aromatic wine of fresh tropical fruit. The palate is clean and crisp with a soft dry finish.

Goodwyn Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, South East Australia A fresh lively palate is enhanced by elegant fruit flavours finishing clean and crisp.

Pepperton Estate Two Thumbs Sauvignon Blanc, Adelaide Hills, NSW Lifted passionfruit and gooseberry aromas with a soft stylish palate structure
displaying ripe passionfruit and tropical flavours, and a clean zingy finish.

Goodwyn Pinot Grigio, South East Australia This Pinot Grigio has a lift ed pear aroma and well integrated flavours of pear and apple. The palate is well textured and soft with a refreshing green apple acidity.

Duke of Wellington Chardonnay, South East Australia Alluring white peach notes and a hint of French oak.

Whitecliff Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand A fruity tropical palate with rich layered flavours of passionfruit and guava.

Regional Reserve Reisling, Watervale, South East Australia The palate has a great mineral backbone of refreshing acidity with classic Clare Riesling flavours of lime and lemon.

Red Wines

The Vines Shiraz Cabernet Merlot Ripe fruit is balanced by soft oak, adding depth and structure to this delicious wine.

Goodwyn Cabernet Sauvignon, South East Australia Ripe fruit flavours on the palate are perfectly balanced with French oak. Delicious with lamb and beef dishes.

Pepperton Estate Two Thumbs Shiraz, Hilltops, South East Australia A lovely bouquet of ripe plums with a hint of pepper. Sweet plum fruit is well integrated with American oak. A true cool climate shiraz with good structure and a firm dry finish.

Whitecliff Pinot Noir, Marlborough, New Zealand Whitecliff offers approachable, easy-drinking Marlborough region wines. This Pinot Noir displays supple flavours of strawberry and cherry with a delicately textured palate.

Duke of Wellington Cabernet Merlot, South East Australia Dark plum and blackcurrant fruit aromas. A soft , attractive palate with ripe fruit flavours and a firm tannin finish.

Black Label Shiraz, Clare Valley, South East Australia A mouth-filling wine with rich ripe plum fruit flavour and well integrated oak, finishing with elegant soft tannins.

Dessert Wine

Rosett os Aged Tawny Port, Riverina, NSW Shows flavours of rich chocolate fruit, a touch of oak from barrel ageing and a soft lingering finish.
